I versus Me

I was 12 years old and was usually among top 3 students in the class.  Although most of
my time was devoted in my dance practice or plays. I  never really took studies seriously ;)
Then, a new session started and i  saw a bunch of new students in my class. At first,
I thought kids from other section are sitting in our class but then later realised those kids
had joined us from other school. Most of them were very good in studies and very studious,
unlike us.

Suddenly, after a month I got into  full competition mode. I stopped going for dance practice
and started to get  worried how to score better. This kept on going for quite some time.
Neither did I do good in studies nor in dance performances. It continued for the next 6 months
and the phase began where in I stopped enjoying being in school.

you continuously compete with yourself you become better.”

Before it got too late, I thought it was  time when I should start competing with myself
and not with others.  I wanted to work so hard that my performance is always better than
before.

From 12, till now that little phase has helped in every aspect of life. Now, I always compete
with myself and compare how I  performed last month with how I am performing now,
whether its running, photography, travel , work or just house chores.
Most of the times we  underestimate ourselves, especially when we try to copy others we
are limiting ourselves.

I have started to compete with myself and have set my goals too for August 2018, have you?

Music is my best friend whenever i feel low just pick song from my playlist and it just
gives me a high. YEH HONSLA from DOR is my fav song :)

Smile Please :)

Find me :)
I always loved to get clicked.College time we didn’t have mobile phones with camera,
so selfie mode etc don’t exist..don’t guess my age i am not too old,  as soon i passed
out from college phones with good camera launched ;)Since i and my friends were
so fond of getting clicked we never miss any occasion in college where professional
photographer comes. We have studio near to our college so whenever we go for
outings first we get ourself clicked and then we proceed, ¾ of our pocket money
goes in photos.

Friends asked about gift in my wedding and i told them i need camera that time
i always love to get clicked was not so fond of photography.

Years passed by @2005 Avu born and i took break for 6 months. We started travelling
frequently and i observed i starting noticing things more because of my camera.I loved
when people smile while taking picture.I have not met anyone till now who don’t
like to get clicked.

You never feel alone in any gathering, you notice things more, you admire smiles :)
My Nikon D90 is my travelling partner.

You make really good friends and best part of it. I love clicking strangers,
you know them or not while clicking picture just ask them “SMILE Please”
and with my Nikon i am spreading SMILE :)
